Stepzy is a fair-play walking competition where real people compete using real steps. These guidelines protect every user's experience and the integrity of the rewards system. Violations are enforced automatically by our Anti-Cheat System and reviewed by our team.

Each person may hold exactly one Stepzy account. Creating additional accounts for any reason — competitive advantage, ban evasion, or testing — is prohibited and results in all involved accounts being permanently banned.
يحق لكل شخص الاحتفاظ بحساب Stepzy واحد فقط. إنشاء حسابات إضافية لأي سبب — ميزة تنافسية، التحايل على الحظر، أو الاختبار — محظور ويؤدي إلى الحظر الدائم لجميع الحسابات المعنية.
Every physical device may only ever be associated with one Stepzy account. This is enforced server-side using a cryptographic device fingerprint. It cannot be bypassed by reinstalling the app, clearing data, or using a different email. If your device is already registered, you cannot create a new account on it.

All steps must come from genuine physical walking by you personally. Any technique that generates steps without real walking is prohibited.

Your account must be used by you alone. "Relay" arrangements — where multiple people take turns on the same account to accumulate steps — are fraud. Our server detects relay patterns automatically as high-severity violations.

You must use only the official Stepzy app from the Google Play Store. Modified versions, patched APKs, or apps from unofficial sources are not permitted and will be detected by our App Integrity system.

Provide accurate and truthful information when registering. Do not impersonate other individuals. Your username must not contain offensive, misleading, or impersonating content.

Stepzy is a competitive but respectful community. Harassment, threats, hate speech, and abusive behavior are not permitted. Treat other users with dignity.

If you discover a bug or security vulnerability, report it immediately to zillehsupport@gmail.com. Exploiting vulnerabilities for personal gain is a serious violation and may be treated as fraud.

Our Anti-Cheat System operates 24/7 on our servers and cannot be modified or bypassed from the app side. It evaluates every user across multiple signals simultaneously:

Registering a new account on a device already associated with another account results in the immediate permanent disabling of the new account. No appeals are accepted for this violation — it is enforced automatically by server policy.
تسجيل حساب جديد على جهاز مرتبط بالفعل بحساب آخر يؤدي إلى تعطيل الحساب الجديد الفوري والدائم. لا تُقبَل أي استئنافات لهذا الانتهاك — يُطبَّق تلقائياً بموجب سياسة الخادم.
Confirmed step manipulation results in session rejection, forfeiture of all rewards from affected sessions, trust score reduction, and permanent account ban. Cases involving financial fraud may be reported to relevant authorities.

All accounts belonging to the same individual will be permanently banned. Device fingerprint associations are retained indefinitely to prevent future evasion.

Using a modified application or a device with an active hooking framework triggers automatic trust score reduction. Confirmed exploitation results in permanent account ban and reward forfeiture.
استخدام تطبيق معدَّل أو جهاز به إطار اعتراض نشط يُفعّل تخفيض تلقائي لنقاط الثقة. يؤدي الاستغلال المؤكد إلى حظر دائم للحساب ومصادرة المكافآت.
