These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Zilleh LLC ("Company," "we," "us") governing your access to and use of the Stepzy mobile application and all related services (the "Service").
تُشكّل شروط الخدمة هذه ("الشروط") اتفاقية ملزمة قانونياً بينك ("المستخدم") وبين Zilleh LLC ("الشركة" أو "نحن") تحكم وصولك إلى تطبيق Stepzy للجوال وجميع الخدمات ذات الصلة ("الخدمة").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service in any manner, you confirm that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms; (b) you are at least 18 years of age; (c) you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract; and (d) your use does not violate any applicable law where you live.
بإنشاء حساب أو الوصول إلى الخدمة أو استخدامها بأي طريقة، فأنت تؤكد أنك: (أ) قرأت هذه الشروط وفهمتها؛ (ب) بلغت الثامنة عشرة على الأقل؛ (ج) تمتلك الأهلية القانونية لإبرام عقد ملزم؛ (د) لا يُخالف استخدامك أي قانون سارٍ في مكان إقامتك.

⚖ Stepzy is a skill-based competition platform. Outcomes are determined solely by player skill, speed, and accuracy — not by chance or luck. Entry fees fund the prize pool and are the mechanism of a skill competition, not gambling. By entering a paid challenge you represent that this distinction is recognised under the laws of your jurisdiction.
⚖ Stepzy منصة منافسة مبنية على المهارة. تُحدَّد النتائج بناءً على مهارة اللاعب وسرعته ودقته فقط — ولا دخل للصدفة أو الحظ. رسوم الدخول تموّل جائزة التحدي وهي آلية منافسة مهارية، لا قمار. بدخولك أي تحدٍّ مدفوع تُقرّ أن هذا التمييز معترف به في نطاق القوانين السارية عليك.
Each individual may register and maintain only one Zilleh account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") for any purpose — including gaining competitive advantage, circumventing a ban, or manipulating the rewards system — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud against the platform and its users.
يحق لكل شخص تسجيل حساب Zilleh واحد فقط والحفاظ عليه. يُحظر تماماً إنشاء حسابات متعددة ("التعدد") لأي غرض — بما في ذلك اكتساب ميزة تنافسية أو التحايل على الحظر أو التلاعب بنظام المكافآت — ويُعدّ ذلك احتيالاً على المنصة ومستخدميها.
📱 IMPORTANT: Only one Zilleh account may be registered per physical device. Each device is assigned a unique cryptographic fingerprint upon registration. If a device fingerprint is already associated with an existing account, any attempt to register a new account on that device will be automatically rejected and the new account will be immediately disabled.
📱 مهم: لا يمكن تسجيل سوى حساب Zilleh واحد لكل جهاز فعلي. يُعيَّن لكل جهاز بصمة تشفيرية فريدة عند التسجيل. إذا كانت بصمة الجهاز مرتبطة بحساب موجود بالفعل، فسيُرفض أي محاولة لتسجيل حساب جديد على ذلك الجهاز تلقائياً وسيُعطَّل الحساب الجديد فوراً.
This restriction applies regardless of whether the original account was deleted, the application was reinstalled, or device data was cleared. A factory reset of your device is the only action that may generate a new device fingerprint.
ينطبق هذا التقييد بصرف النظر عن حذف الحساب الأصلي أو إعادة تثبيت التطبيق أو مسح بيانات الجهاز. إعادة ضبط الجهاز على الإعدادات الافتراضية هي الإجراء الوحيد الذي قد يُنشئ بصمة جهاز جديدة.
By using the Service, you expressly consent to the collection of your device fingerprint for the purpose of enforcing this policy, as described in our Privacy Policy.
باستخدام الخدمة، فأنت توافق صراحةً على جمع بصمة جهازك لأغراض تطبيق هذه السياسة، كما هو موضح في سياسة الخصوصية.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at zillehsupport@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
أنت المسؤول الوحيد عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات تسجيل الدخول وعن جميع الأنشطة التي تجري على حسابك. أبلغنا فوراً على zillehsupport@gmail.com إذا اشتبهت في أي وصول غير مصرح به.
The Service offers timed skill challenges — reaction, math, memory and pattern — across five levels, opening on a fixed schedule.
تقدّم الخدمة تحديات مهارة مؤقتة — سرعة البديهة والحساب والذاكرة والأنماط — بخمسة مستويات، تُفتح جولاتها وفق جدول زمني ثابت.
Limits are enforced on our servers, measured in UTC, and apply across every game and the walking marketplace combined.
الحدود مطبّقة على خوادمنا وتُحتسب بتوقيت UTC، وتسري على كل الألعاب وتحديات المشي مجتمعة.
Violation of any prohibition below may result in immediate permanent account termination without refund or recourse:
قد يؤدي انتهاك أي من المحظورات التالية إلى إنهاء الحساب الدائم الفوري دون استرداد أو حق في الطعن:
⚠ Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to receive any financial payout. Users under 18 are not eligible to withdraw rewards regardless of their ranking position.
⚠ شرط العمر: يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 عاماً على الأقل لاستلام أي مكافأة مالية. المستخدمون دون 18 عاماً غير مؤهلين لسحب المكافآت بصرف النظر عن ترتيبهم.
Monetary prizes come from the skill challenges described in Section 3a. A prize is credited to the winner’s wallet when the round settles.

StepCoins credited to your wallet from skill-challenge prizes (automatically settled after each round) and admin-granted bonuses are eligible for cash withdrawal once they reach the minimum threshold. Practice-mode scores, trial credits, and promotional balances carry no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn.
عملات StepCoin المُضافة إلى محفظتك من جوائز تحديات المهارة (المُسوَّاة تلقائياً بعد كل جولة) ومن المكافآت الممنوحة من الإدارة مؤهلة للسحب النقدي بمجرد بلوغها الحد الأدنى. نقاط وضع التجربة والرصيد التجريبي والأرصدة الترويجية لا تمتلك أي قيمة نقدية ولا يمكن سحبها.
We reserve the right to modify reward amounts and withdrawal limits at any time. Rewards have no cash value outside the Program and may not be transferred or sold.
نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل مبالغ المكافآت وحدود السحب في أي وقت. لا تمتلك المكافآت أي قيمة نقدية خارج البرنامج ولا يمكن نقلها أو بيعها.
Rewards earned through any prohibited conduct are void from the beginning and will be forfeited. We reserve the right to reclaim any rewards erroneously paid due to system errors or fraud discovered after payment.
المكافآت المكتسبة من خلال أي سلوك محظور باطلة من الأساس وستُصادَر. نحتفظ بالحق في استرداد أي مكافآت صُرفت عن طريق الخطأ بسبب أخطاء في النظام أو احتيال اكتُشف بعد الدفع.
Zilleh employs a multi-layered server-side Anti-Cheat System that continuously monitors for fraud and policy violations, including: device fingerprinting, step velocity analysis, replay detection, Play Integrity API verification, trust scoring, emulator detection, and root/hook detection. The system operates entirely on our servers and cannot be bypassed from the app side. Decisions are final and binding.
يعتمد Zilleh نظام مكافحة غش متعدد الطبقات يعمل على خوادمنا ويراقب الاحتيال وانتهاكات السياسة باستمرار، ويشمل: بصمة الجهاز، تحليل سرعة الخطوات، كشف الإعادة، التحقق عبر Play Integrity API، نقاط الثقة، كشف المحاكيات، وكشف الروت والاعتراض. يعمل النظام كلياً على خوادمنا ولا يمكن تجاوزه من جهة التطبيق. القرارات نهائية وملزمة.
All content, design, code, graphics, logos, and trademarks associated with the Service are owned by or licensed to Zilleh. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
جميع المحتوى والتصميم والكود والرسومات والشعارات والعلامات التجارية المرتبطة بالخدمة مملوكة لـ Zilleh أو مرخصة لها. لا يجوز لك إعادة إنتاجها أو توزيعها أو إنشاء أعمال مشتقة منها دون إذن كتابي صريح منا.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or accuracy of step measurements by third-party health platforms. Walking and physical activity carry inherent health risks; consult a physician before beginning any exercise program.
تُقدَّم الخدمة "كما هي" دون أي ضمانات. لا نضمن التشغيل المتواصل أو دقة قياسات الخطوات عبر منصات الصحة التابعة لجهات خارجية. المشي والنشاط البدني ينطويان على مخاطر صحية كامنة؛ استشر طبيباً قبل البدء بأي برنامج تمرين.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZILLEH LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $50 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.
بالقدر الأقصى المسموح به قانوناً، لن يكون Zilleh مسؤولاً عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية. لن تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية ٥٠ دولاراً أو المبلغ الذي دفعته لنا في الاثني عشر شهراً السابقة، أيهما أكبر.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zilleh, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or any content you submit.
توافق على تعويض Zilleh ومسؤوليها وموظفيها ووكلائها وإبراء ذمتهم من أي مطالبات أو التزامات أو أضرار ونفقات (بما في ذلك أتعاب المحامين) الناشئة عن استخدامك للخدمة أو انتهاكك لهذه الشروط أو أي محتوى تقدمه.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination: all rights cease, all unredeemed rewards are forfeited, and device fingerprint associations are maintained to prevent re-registration. Termination decisions related to security or anti-fraud actions are final.
نحتفظ بالحق في تعليق حسابك أو إنهائه نهائياً دون إشعار مسبق لأي انتهاك لهذه الشروط. عند الإنهاء: تنتهي جميع الحقوق، وتُصادَر جميع المكافآت غير المستردة، وتُحتفظ بارتباطات بصمة الجهاز لمنع إعادة التسجيل. قرارات الإنهاء المتعلقة بالأمان ومكافحة الاحتيال نهائية.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.
يجوز لنا تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. يعني استمرار استخدامك للخدمة بعد أي تعديل قبولك للشروط المحدّثة. إذا كنت لا توافق على الشروط المعدَّلة، فيجب عليك التوقف عن استخدام الخدمة.
Paid skill challenges are not available in every country or U.S. state. Stepzy employs geo-blocking as a reasonable measure to restrict access in jurisdictions where we have determined paid competitions are prohibited, but such blocking may be imperfect or incomplete. You are solely and fully responsible for determining whether your participation in paid challenges is lawful under the laws of every jurisdiction that applies to you — including your country of residence, nationality, and physical location at the time of play. Accessing the Service through a VPN or proxy to circumvent a geo-block constitutes a material breach of these Terms, voids any prize eligibility, and may be reported to the relevant authorities. Zilleh LLC accepts no liability for any legal consequence arising from your participation in a jurisdiction where it is unlawful.
التحديات المدفوعة ليست متاحة في كل دولة أو ولاية أمريكية. يعتمد Stepzy الحظر الجغرافي كإجراء معقول لتقييد الوصول من الولايات القضائية التي نعلم بحظرها للمنافسات المدفوعة، غير أن هذا الحظر قد يكون غير مكتمل. أنت المسؤول الوحيد والكامل عن تحديد ما إذا كانت مشاركتك في التحديات المدفوعة مشروعة بموجب قوانين كل ولاية قضائية تسري عليك — بما في ذلك بلد إقامتك وجنسيتك وموقعك الفعلي وقت اللعب. يُعدّ الوصول إلى الخدمة عبر VPN أو بروكسي للتحايل على الحظر الجغرافي خرقاً جوهرياً لهذه الشروط، ويُلغي أهليتك للجائزة، وقد يُبلَّغ عنه للجهات المختصة. لا تتحمل Zilleh LLC أي مسؤولية عن أي عواقب قانونية ناجمة عن مشاركتك من ولاية قضائية يُحظر فيها ذلك.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt good-faith resolution. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE. EU/EEA users: GDPR protections apply and you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسَّر وفقاً لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. في حال نشوء أي نزاع، يتفق الطرفان على محاولة التسوية الودية أولاً. إذا تعذّرت التسوية الودية، يُحال النزاع إلى الاختصاص القضائي الحصري لمحاكم دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة. للمستخدمين في الاتحاد الأوروبي: تنطبق حماية GDPR ويمكنك رفع شكوى إلى هيئة حماية البيانات المحلية.
You are solely responsible for determining, declaring, and paying any taxes, levies, or legal obligations applicable to your winnings or rewards in your country of residence, nationality, or any other relevant jurisdiction. Zilleh does not withhold or collect taxes on behalf of users in any country. It is your sole responsibility to comply with all applicable local and international tax laws regarding any amounts received through the Service.
أنت المسؤول الوحيد عن تحديد وإعلان وسداد أي ضرائب أو رسوم أو التزامات قانونية تسري على أرباحك أو مكافآتك في بلد إقامتك أو بلد جنسيتك أو أي دولة أخرى ذات صلة. لا تقوم Zilleh باستقطاع أو تحصيل الضرائب نيابةً عن المستخدمين في أي دولة. يقع على عاتقك وحدك الامتثال لجميع القوانين الضريبية المحلية والدولية المنطبقة على أي مبالغ تتلقاها عبر الخدمة.
