Delete Account from the Appحذف الحساب من داخل التطبيق

The fastest way to delete your account is directly from within the Stepzy app:

أسرع طريقة لحذف حسابك هي مباشرةً من داخل تطبيق Stepzy:

Open the Stepzy app on your device
Go to Settings (bottom navigation bar)
Scroll down and tap Delete Account
Read the confirmation message and tap Confirm

افتح تطبيق Stepzy على جهازك
اذهب إلى الإعدادات (شريط التنقل السفلي)
مرر لأسفل واضغط على حذف الحساب
اقرأ رسالة التأكيد واضغط على تأكيد

⚠ Account deletion is permanent. Your profile, steps history, rewards balance, and all associated data will be anonymized immediately and cannot be recovered.

If you cannot log in to delete your account from within the app, you can submit a deletion request by email:

What Gets Deletedما الذي يُحذف

Profile data: display name, email address, profile photo, and all personal identifiers are anonymized immediately.

Steps & activity history: all step sessions and activity records are deleted.

Rewards balance: any unclaimed rewards balance is forfeited upon deletion.
رصيد المكافآت: يُفقد أي رصيد مكافآت غير مُطالَب به عند الحذف.
Authentication: your login credentials are permanently removed from our systems.
بيانات تسجيل الدخول: تُحذف بيانات اعتماد تسجيل الدخول الخاصة بك نهائياً من أنظمتنا.

Security and fraud-prevention logs may be retained for up to 2 years as required by our Privacy Policy. Device fingerprint associations are retained indefinitely to enforce platform integrity.
